From the age of 5, I've been in and out of dealerships. The photo at the top of this post, taken 30 years ago, captures a moment with my sister Jodie and my mum Jackie at a Peugeot dealership in Chiswick, London—now known as Stellantis & You Peugeot West London. This was the first dealership my dad worked in after leaving the Police.

Fast forward three decades, and while I might be a little taller and have a bit less hair, I'm still standing side by side with my mum and sister. Together at izmocars UK, we proudly deliver best-in-class digital marketing services to dealerships and OEMs around the world as part of the goizmo digital marketing programme.
Automotive Runs in Our Blood
It's amazing to reflect on how those early experiences have shaped my passion for the automotive industry. Watching my dad build relationships with customers, understanding the importance of presentation and service, seeing firsthand how dealerships become part of their local communities—these formative experiences planted seeds that continue to grow today.
Family and cars have always been intertwined for me. Some of my earliest memories are of sitting in the sales office, helping (probably hindering) with weekend events, and absorbing everything about how dealerships operate. I didn't realise it at the time, but I was learning the fundamentals of customer experience, brand presentation, and community engagement.
Three Generations, One Mission
Today, those same principles guide everything we do at izmocars UK. We understand dealerships because we've lived and breathed the automotive retail environment our entire lives. When we talk to Dealer Principals about the challenges they face, it's not theoretical—we've seen these challenges firsthand across three decades.
My mum Jackie, now our Chief Operating Officer, brings over 25 years of experience working with automotive OEMs including Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi. My sister Jodie, our Commercial & Operations Director, leads our international client services teams with the same dedication to customer relationships that we witnessed growing up.
And me? As Chief Product Officer, I focus on ensuring our digital solutions genuinely solve the problems dealerships face—because I understand those problems at a personal level.
Looking Forward
The automotive industry has transformed dramatically since that photo was taken 30 years ago. Digital has revolutionised how customers discover, research, and purchase vehicles. But some things haven't changed: the importance of trust, the value of relationships, and the need for dealerships to connect authentically with their communities.
I'm grateful to continue this journey with those who mean the most. And I'm proud that izmocars UK carries forward the same values I learned in that Chiswick dealership three decades ago: genuine care for our clients, deep understanding of the automotive retail environment, and an unwavering commitment to helping dealerships succeed.
